Savoury, sturdy, fresh.
Made from 40-year-old vines on the estate vineyard located in Osoyoos, the grapes were fermented in stainless and the wine was aged entirely in oak for 19 months.
Purple fruit collides with chocolate, espresso and grilled meat and is underscored by smoked paprika and mixed brown spices. The entry is smooth and fresh, it's concentrated and deeply flavoured, dark and savoury. The finish trails cocoa and tobacco.
